Are you unknowingly building a "Frankenstein System"? 🧟

It always starts with a good intention.

You launch your business and you take a well-known accounting software (Quickbooks) to invoice and manage your "small" accounting.

After your accounting SaaS just does that accounting, so:

you add a CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) to manage the leads in your sales pipeline and convert them into revenue.

Then you add a project manager (Asana, Monday, Nutcache, etc.) to manage your client and internal projects.

Then Excel files for your purchases, your inventories, your operations, and your to-do.

Finally, you try to automate your Frankenstein structure with Zapier, Make, or n8n to try to synchronize your IT structure...

Congratulations!!! You have just created a monster and as you have fed it like a tamagotchi, you are attached to it and you no longer want to change any element of your structure.

This monster does not come about by accident. It is the direct result of two mistakes that I often see:

1. The lack of a global vision in your management structure:

We often choose our systems based on a specific and pressing need just to put out the fire of the moment. We add a "patch" on top of a "patch" refusing to stop and think about the overall architecture of our operations.

2. The "I am too small" syndrome:

The monster feeds on your own beliefs. We cling to the identity of the self-employed worker who "cobbles" their processes, convinced that a true ERP is reserved for multinationals, because you are "too small".

The result? Your data is scattered, you pay 4-5-6 different subscriptions, and you spend 5-10 hours a week doing double entry, you and your employees.

Automation and AI will not save you, you CANNOT automate your chaos, it will just be chaotic faster.

The solution?

Integrate a true ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) like Odoo from day 1 of your launch.

Doing an integration from day 1 is really easier and less expensive. Your processes will natively follow your tool. Your management infrastructure cost will be controlled and will scale according to the number of users (employees) in your company.

Don't wait to hit a growth wall or be suffocated by paperwork to change your identity. The earlier you integrate a centralized system in your journey, the more you avoid the exorbitant costs of data migration later. One system. One source of truth.

Because you cannot automate your chaos.
